- General Compliance Analysis
- This 2-3 day evaluation requires a visit to the campus or corporate office for a tour of the facilities, interviews with administrators, and review of processes, procedures, curriculum and student and faculty files. Visit closes with a general evaluation of compliance with common standards for higher education and recommendations for improvement.
- State Jurisdiction Analysis
- School operations, including student recruitment, marketing, advertising, curriculum delivery, IT hardware and faculty distribution are evaluated against all applicable state regulations to determine which states have jurisdiction and require licensure/approval. Existing state approvals are compared to states of jurisdiction to reveal gaps.

- State-Specific Compliance Analysis
- School operations, policies and procedures are compared to rules & regulations of one or more states to determine current levels of compliance. Areas investigated can include admissions, financial aid, faculty qualifications, student records, catalog contents, withdrawal & refund policies, grievance procedures, graduation & employment tracking and more.
